who we are

Behind every program is a person

who lived it first.

This is a company not only built on research, but also real experiences. Real lives that continue to do the hard and honest work of becoming the kind of person who can help others do the same.

We don't teach theory. We teach what worked when nothing else did.

how it started

Two women walked into a training room. Neither expected this.

They were both professionals. Both good at what they did. Both carrying things they hadn't named yet, the kind of weight you get good at hiding when your whole identity is being the capable one.

Irina was the founder type — sharp, driven, already running multiple businesses. Jen was the educator type — calm, precise, the person rooms gravitated toward without knowing why. They were skeptical of each other.

A little guarded. Neither was looking for a business partner.

But underneath all of it, there was something they recognized in each other: a shared standard. Do the work. Say the truth. Build something real — not just something that looks good on a stage.

Respect became collaboration. Collaboration became The Academy of MotivAction®. And the work they'd each done quietly on themselves became the foundation of everything they now help other people do.

FOUNDER & CEO

Irina Alexander

From the outside, Irina had it all — an MBA earned at 21, multiple businesses, a track record in hospitality and sales that put her in the top 1.6% of women-owned businesses in the United States within two years of entering a male-dominated industry.

Behind the scenes? Burnout. Self-doubt. The persistent, quiet fear of being found out. The performance of competence that so many high-achieving people know but rarely name.

Her path into neuroscience and NLP wasn't a career pivot. It was survival. She needed to understand what was happening in her own mind before she could build anything real with it. That twenty-year quest, from boardrooms to neuroscience labs to studying Expanded States of Awareness at The Monroe Institute — became the backbone of her work.

Today, Irina trains teams, mentors founders, and speaks from stages across industries. She is direct and immediately useful. People walk away from her work not just inspired but different because she teaches from a place she has actually been, not a place she's read about.

COO

Jen Hardy

For years, Jen was the person everyone else leaned on. Educator. State championship soccer coach. The one who showed up, held it together, and made everything look managed — including the quiet, relentless fear underneath that none of it was ever quite enough.

Her wake-up call wasn't dramatic. It was honest. She stopped, looked at her life, and recognized a pattern she had been living in without naming it. She started doing the work — studying neuroscience, behavioral science, communication, not to build a career but because she genuinely needed it.

What she found there changed her. And what she learned became the foundation she brought into the co-creation of the MotivAction® method and the C.A.R.E.S.™ Framework.

Jen is the calm in the storm. She sees the pattern underneath the problem. She helps people shift the behavior underneath the pattern. She leads people home to themselves — steadily, clearly, without theatrics — and she has been somewhere worth coming home from herself.

Everyone here was brought in for one reason.

They live the standard. Not because it's required — because it's the only way they know how to work.

Trainer · COACH · author

Sarah Talley

Sarah has been a fire service spouse for more than twenty years. She knows that world — not from research, but from living in it. After fifteen years as an academic advisor, she retired from higher education in 2025 to focus entirely on the families and communities she had already spent her life showing up for. She is an NLP Practitioner, a certified Gottman Leader, holds two Master's degrees, and co-coordinates the Round Rock Fire Foundation National Spouse Conference each year. She works with first responder families because she is one — and that makes all the difference.

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

Jenny

Jenny is the reason the operation runs the way it does. She manages communications, scheduling, and the systems behind the scenes with the kind of care and precision that only comes from someone who genuinely believes in the work. The team can do what they do because Jenny makes sure everything behind them is handled — and handled well.

If this feels like the right fit —
we'd love to meet you.

The work begins with a conversation. Not a pitch — just a real exchange about where you are, what you need, and whether we're the right people to help you get there. That's how every good thing we've built has started.
