Something amazing happened this month 🦋

In early December my husband came to me with an idea💡- a retreat hosted by a dear friend of ours, Irina Alexander, and her partner Jen Hardy at Academy Of MotivAction. DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes, $500 down to reserve your spot. All balances must be paid in full before arriving. Click "Book Now" to see payment options.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE AT THE RETREAT?

To ensure we offer the best quality, we are limiting all retreats to 10 participants maximum. It will allow individualized attention.

ARE ALL MEALS INCLUDED?

Delicious, healthful, abundant meals each day! Reminder, NO alcohol.

ARE THERE SHARED OR PRIVATE ROOMS?

This retreat will share some rooms but you will have your own bed.

WHAT KIND OF GUIDANCE WILL I RECEIVE?

One-on-one focus as well as group discussions and activities led by 2 certified trainers.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Dress comfortably & casually. Appropriate clothes for relaxing.

Pack your swimsuit and sunscreen, as well as mosquito repellant.
